          <Creative Engineering>


I want to suggest an interesting class called “Creative Engineering.” This teaching style starts with creating cars using candles. However, the most interesting point in this class is that we have to try to solve the problems and actualize the solutions with engineering methods. Through these procedures, I have become more interested in engineering. I think many students are likely to agree with my opinion. You can confirm this fact by looking at the high ratio of class participation.

          <Statistical Ways and Experiments>


Many people say that “A good beginning makes a good ending.” This tells us the importance of a good beginning. “Statistical Ways and Experiments” is an introductory class. It deals with all the statistical concepts simply but systematically. After taking this class, I could understand why I need to study these concepts and how they are organized. Therefore, I can approach some difficult concepts more easily. This class is very helpful to study the next major courses. I propose this class for beginners who want to study Statistics.

          <Marketing>

Everyone should take a course on marketing in Poland, including both business majors and non-major students. Students need to understand how things are going in the market. This is general knowledge about how companies make people buy their products or services. They can persuade people to buy products or services even if they do not really need them. Also, learning how to present yourself is directly connected to marketing. For example, if you know marketing rules, you can advertise yourself well in the job market.

          <Biology 2>

           I want to suggest the “Biology 2” class, taught by professor Choi, Kwangshik. In contrast to learning about plants in the “Biology 1” class, it was more interesting to approach and understand contents by learning about animals in this class. The professor gave us lessons using a textbook, arranging and putting the overall information into shape. Therefore, it was easy to understand, even for non-major students. During the class, the professor sometimes told us about his student life in England or his recent research working on mosquitoes. Also, I thought many students can learn other things from him, such as his humble attitude.

          <Strategic Management>

           “Strategic management” is useful for sure among business courses. The professor taught the courses in really practical ways. Not only business major students, but also non major students can set up their own company in a day. However, they need to know what kind of strategies to use and which market they can develop for optimal conditions. In addition, it is useful to study both theory and practical uses. The whole course is divided into those two parts, and students work on their own projects in connection with examples of real companies like the Kakao Corporation. Therefore, the class is a great combination of theory and practical application.

          <Park, Byung-gu professor's classes>

           Sometimes I have trouble understanding what professors say in Korea. So, I prefer a professor who repeats things for better understanding. Park, Byung-gu is a professor of Statistics. He reviews the lessons whenever he starts and finishes the class. Through his teaching style, I can study difficult Statistics more easily. It is essential for many exchange students to understand what professors say. Therefore, the method of teaching something with consistent reviews is beneficial for the students.
